The NSF is a non-profit organization founded in 2013 to recognize outstanding middle and high school peer tutors through the National Peer Tutor Scholarship Program. We are now working out of the Harvard Innovation Lab, and we are looking for a great team to help take our mission to the next level. 

Below are the positions available: 

• Research Director- Responsible for researching on peer tutoring and education in general. In addition, research directors will maintain the Power of Peer Tutoring blog and annual report. 
• Scholarship Director- Responsible for spreading the word about the scholarship program and helping manage the application process (including: answering email questions and assisting in the selections process).
• Fundraising Director- Responsible for researching effective fundraising methods and coordinating fundraising efforts as well as assisting in grant application processes.
